Construction Litigation
The construction process and the interrelated relationships between the property owner, the general contractor, and the various subcontractors, often raises certain construction law issues that, if not properly addressed in the underlying construction contract, may often end up in prolonged litigation, and/or investigations by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors in the case of complaints against a licensed contractor.
Having successfully represented large builders and independent subcontractors in a variety of construction litigation matters, the Scottsdale construction attorneys at Bar Urness have the knowledge and experience to protect and promote our clients’ best interest in any construction-related dispute, ranging from simple construction lien disputes, foreclosure on mechanics’ liens, construction defects, breach of contracts, and other related construction law matters. Our Scottsdale litigation attorneys have successfully represented clients in construction-related disputes brought in front of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Superior Courts, and/or Mediation/Arbitration proceedings in accordance with the parties’ Alternative Dispute Resolution provision within the Construction Contract, when applicable.
