Parenting Time
Parenting time is the time that you and the other parent will spend with your child. A parenting plan is put in place by the Judge or by agreement of the parents that will address regular parenting time and a holiday schedule. Parenting time is based on several factors including what is in the best interest of the child and the age of the child. The parenting plan will also address issues such as extracurricular activities, transportation and vacation time
